Purchase and sale rules

1.1. All copyrights on www.woodus.eu are protected by law. It is forbidden to copy or resell the products without our approval.

2. Ordering

2.1. To order a product, click the ADD TO CART button next to the product you are viewing.

2.2. To switch to payment, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page and the CHECKOUT button.

2.3. Fill in the required data and delivery address. Select delivery and payment methods from the list provided.

3. Prices of goods, payment procedure and terms

3.1. All prices are in euros with VAT. The Seller is not responsible for the exchange rate or its changes made during the conversion of the Buyer's local bank into euros into the Buyer's local currency.

3.2. Payments are accepted by simple bank transfer and payment initiation method via the bank of your choice.

3.3. Order is canceled if the payment didn't reached us during 24 hours.

4. Delivery methods and terms

4.1. The goods are delivered via DPD courier to the specified address or to the selected DPD post terminal if the size of the goods allows it.

4.2. The order will be shipped the next business day after receipt of payment.

4.3. The order travels 1-2 working days in Lithuania after dispatch. Shipping to other European countries can take up to 14 days.

4.4. The Buyer understands and agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree with him on the delivery of goods.

4.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the recommended delivery terms of the goods, as well as if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.

4.6. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the consignment together with the courier. Consignment handover - the acceptance document confirms that the consignment has been handed over in proper condition.

4.7. When the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement in accordance with these Rules (if the goods are not defective and are not damaged during transportation), he has to pay all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The amount of these Seller's expenses shall be deducted from the refundable money paid to the Buyer for the item (s). If the deducted amount does not cover the entire claim of the Seller, i. y. The cost of returning the goods incurred by the Seller exceeds the value of the returned goods (ies), the Buyer undertakes to pay the remaining amount to the Seller within 14 days.

5. Product quality guarantee

5.1. Each product sold on www.woodus.eu is accompanied by a description of the product's characteristics.

5.2. The Buyer understands that the goods in the online store in their color, shape or other parameters may not fully correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the computer monitor used by the Buyer, therefore the Seller is not responsible for discrepancies.

5.3. The product is subject to 24 months warranty. The warranty does not apply if the Buyer has not complied with the operating recommendations specified in the product description or documentation.

6. Return and exchange of goods

6.1. The buyer must contact the e-mail to return/replace the product. email info@woodus.eu by attaching the completed return/exchange form.

6.2. The buyer can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned goods may not be used or otherwise damaged by the Buyer. The product must be in the same configuration and in the original packaging, the packaging has not lost its commercial appearance.

6.3. Goods are replaced only if the defect is not the fault of the buyer.

6.4. When returning the goods, transportation and shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount and the remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days of the return of the goods.

6.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set out in this Article.
